only in the event that we need to contact you. Your personal information
is considered a private and confidential part of your Single account. This
information is not sold, given away, or distributed in any other way, and
you will not be "spammed" with unsolicited and unwanted email as a result

| A5. To retrive your forgotten Password, click on "Forgot your Password" link which is located on the blue top bar of every page. | ||

Here's what you do: Log in by entering your Single ID and Password. This will take you to your Mailbox. Under My Settings, go to the appropriate link to change your locator, preferences and personal information settings. |
